Makeala the Rock Star at the front desk is an amazing employee. She went above and beyond helping me with a laptop issue. She didn't give up until she fixed my issue. Love her positive attitude.
Laplace location is really filled with uneducated heartless customer service. I arrived before my scheduled check in time and the front desk informed me that my check in was a no show. How could I be a no show if I'm here at 9 am and my checkin is for 3 pm it makes no sense. The manager argued with me saying my checkin was for the previous day. He tried to use so many big words still sounding heartless. There was no compassion in his heart even if I was wrong. I've been coming here for the past two years so I'm quite aware of my reservation and the policy. Needless to say I'm sure he pocketed 200 dollars . With all that's going on in this world THERE ARE STILL SOME HEARTLESS PRICE GUILDING INDIVIDUALS OUT HERE ... BE CAREFUL HERE. If there's this kind of THEFT going on there's no telling what happens in your room when you're not there ... Holiday inn Express This is POOR HOSPITALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE....

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Adequate hot breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Small issues with the Direct TV and towels were quickly resolved by the morning and evening front desk employees. The pool was unfortunately closed. We missed the pool opening by five days. It opened Memorial Day. About a 30 minute straight shot on I-10 to downtown New Orleans. I would stay there again.
Just spoke with Joseph regarding a billing error. He was very professional and was able to resolve the issue within a reasonable amount of time. Even if the issue did not end well for me, the review would have remained the same. Joseph presented himself as a professional and was extremely courteous.
Great place to stay one night on our road trip. Right off the highway and across the street from a Starbucks. Great customer service, welcome bag with water and chips, very clean rooms, clean smells in common area and in room, clean bathrooms, Dove brand toiletries, and appreciated the labeled pillowcases for soft and firm pillow options!
Absolutely Outstanding Quality Service! The Entire Staff From the Laundry room, to the Kitchen Staff,The Cook, The Servers, The Housekeeping, The Night Staff! The Day Staff! Warm, Kind, Clean, Friendly, Considerate, Patient, Caring, Understanding, Courteous, Dependable!!!! I can't say enough about the treatment we received at this Hotel! The Management and there Staff should be rewarded, Commended, and given Bonuses for the way they treat there Guests! I've never had such Hotel Service in all of my entirety!!!!! Kudos to all of you! As for myself and our family, there's no greater Hotel to stay at in Laplace than this one!!!!!
I had a great experience this past weekend staying at this location. It has a very good location in proximity to the highway and close to the town’s eateries. It is just a 20 or 30 minute drive from the city of New Orleans. The young man that was working the front desk, James, was very sweet, professional and accommodating. He’s the young black man with locs. You guys should be very proud of him as he is representing the hospitality of the company well. The room was clean and quiet. My only complaint is the elevator, the door closes super slowly, but we kind of got used to it. Lol. We did not eat breakfast there as I usually bring my own breakfast so I cannot comment on that. I would not be opposed to staying at this location in the future.
